Welcome to Urbixa ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Urbixa website, mobile application, and services. By using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

User means any person using Urbixa. "Vendor" means independent service professionals. "Service" means home or professional services listed on Urbixa.

2. About Urbixa

Urbixa is a technology-enabled service marketplace connecting users with independent third-party vendors. Urbixa does not provide services directly and is not an employer of vendors.

3.Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law.

4. Account Registration

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity conducted through the account is the user's responsibility.

5. Nature of Services

Urbixa facilitates discovery, booking, and payment. Service execution, materials, tools, pricing, and timelines are solely the responsibility of the vendor.

6. Pricing & Fees

Displayed prices may be indicative. Final pricing is determined after inspection. Visiting fees and platform fees are non-refundable once a vendor visit is completed.

7. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after payment (if applicable) and vendor acceptance. Urbixa may cancel bookings due to safety, availability, or force majeure events.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days. No refunds are available once inspection or service visit is completed.

9. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are independent professionals. Urbixa does not guarantee service quality, workmanship, timelines, or outcomes.

10.User Responsibilities

Users must provide a safe working environment and behave respectfully. Harassment, abuse, or bypassing the platform may result in permanent suspension.

11.Safety & Conduct

Urbixa maintains zero tolerance for fraud, abuse, discrimination, or unsafe behavior.

12. Limitation of Liability

Urbixa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the platform fee paid.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Urbixa against any claims arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

14.Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and intellectual property belong exclusively to Urbixa. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

15.Account Suspension

Urbixa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or misuse.

16. Modifications

Urbixa may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updated Terms.

17.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.
